Construction
AEC (Allied Engineering Construction) is UOA’s in-house construction division established to play the role of a main contractor for all of its development projects. It is registered with the Construction & Industry Board for building and civil engineering works. AEC has more than 1 million square feet of facilities and plant yard incorporating an extensive range of equipment and machinery for construction, maintenance, assembly and storage.
AEC has received numerous accreditations for construction excellence. Since 2008, the construction team has handled projects worth well over RM3 billion with some 10 million square feet of on-going development projects. The construction team has a workforce of over 200 professionals and well trained personnel.
Architectural Design
The architectural team is well placed to collaboratively design technically demanding and primarily functional buildings. It provides a comprehensive approach to building programming, planning and design. Its design capability also offers a high degree of sustainability and value engineered solutions to UOA projects in different locations.
Facilities Management
The facilities management team is dedicated to adopting quality practices to enhance UOA properties’ long-term asset values. The main functions of the division are property and facilities management, which includes rent and service charge collection, lease management and building maintenance. By providing uninterrupted services at all times, UOA maintains good longstanding relationships and confidence amongst purchasers and tenants.
Hospitality
The UOA hospitality team undertakes the primary role of overseeing and managing the successful performance of UOA hospitality projects. By establishing itself as a hospitality asset owner and operator of the UOA hotel brands, the division aims to develop a unique portfolio of hotel products and services with a strategic focus on guest experience and innovative service standards.
M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)
Backed by extensive experience and technical know-how, the M&E team oversees the daily operation and maintenance of UOA buildings’ electrical and mechanical services with exacting standards. It also supports the implementation of M&E components into the design and development of UOA projects in ensuring compliance to project specifications and engineering practices.
Landscaping
The landscaping division focuses on the provision of quality gardening and landscaping services to UOA projects. It serves to offer a complete maintenance programme to residential and commercial landscapes that are aesthetically pleasing and functionally conducive.
Security
With a team of highly trained guards, the security division provides excellent security services to UOA properties. It is committed to continuously maintaining an orderly, harmonious and safe environment in the communities in which it operates, placing UOA developments as desirable addresses in the Klang Valley.
